EDIT: I didn't know it before today, but it's actually really easy to get a bad deal on something so simple as a metal bed frame. Shop and read reviews, u'll see. No issues here - cool.
I'm a skeptic. I have little faith in any business in today's economy and feel that my needs are of secondary importance to a business' need to cash in as fast as they can for as much as they can, so I tend to be a bit terse and wary when dealing with anyone in a sales environment.

The bottom line is, I couldn't. No matter where I looked, or how hard I dug, I found them to be completely honest and on the level with their prices (comparable or better than what I could find at thier competitors) and promises (always followed through--even if at their own expense).
They will take couple of weeks for delivery and will not deliver on time. You need to call multiple to get it delivered or to get alteast have them take a look if it is under warranty.
I had worst customer service from this store. They dont cover warranties and give simple excuses not to cover warranty.
They've clearly earned their A+ BBB rating and I ended up spending a considerable amount with them. I have since been dropping my friends and acquaintances thier name as well which is suprising to them, because I'm normally the fella they come to to ask where NOT to shop for particular items.
Just bought a metal bed frame from these guys, Glide-a-matic, heavy duty. Awesome -- fast, no-tools setup, sturdy like crazy, best price in town (for cash-and-carry today). Thanks for the recommend, exactly as advertised. After much shopping, this is perfect price and item -- will visit you again sometime.
When I decided to check out Sleeping Giant (Abilene, TX) for a new bed, I went in skeptical as usual. I was given the opportunity to look at their beds with little interference. Afterwards, I told them what I needed, what my expectations and limitations were, and asked a few questions which were answered confidently, and with the utmost professionalism and knowledge. I left the store with several options to consider and went home, as I always do after receiving offers from salesmen of any product, and did my best to pick apart their offers to find where they were taking advantage of me so I could counter their offers.
I went in this morning in a hurry- I knew just what I wanted to buy and did not want to waste time hearing any sales pitches! I had my mattress picked out, paid for, and loaded in my vehicle for me in TEN MINUTES. I was thrilled! My kind of store.
it has taken 7 weeks and they still can't get my headboards here. they ruined my daughter birthday surprise. i wish i would have known how incompetent they were i would have never done business with them
