The bed was clean, soft and had white linens on it. The corners of the bathroom floor were dirty, and the ice bucket and tray was filthy. The counter top where the ice bucket and tray was sitting had hair clippings on it from the last occupants apparently it had not been wiped down.
The bathtub and shower were clean and OK but the shower head is a little short. Take your own towels because theirs are as soft as 60 grit sand paper.

I'm not a fancy person. I don't mind worn or old things. I didn't expect much since it was cheap, but the level of filth is unbelievable. I mean layers and layers of dust on everything, dingy towels, bad smell, smeared up windows and mirrors- just flat out nasty. If I could give negative stars I would. Girl at front desk was pleasant is the only half way decent thing I can say. Don't stay here!
When you see filthy stains on doors, near the knob, soiled, stained bath towels, soap scum covered tub bottoms, stained carpets and bedding that makes you nervous, you've found the emerald inn.
Unfortunately we had no time to allow us to look for another place we had to be at our event.
Upon arrival was told I would be charged a $50.00 deposit in addition to my room charge due to damages or theft that I might commit during my overnight stay. I was informed my room would be checked when I checked out before they could return my deposit and yes that is what happened before I got my cash deposit back.
I feel I cold get better rest in a dog pound and more cleaned up showering under a raw sewage discharge pipe.
My parent’s room was worse than our room. The AC filters were filled with dust, smelled like smoke (even though it was a smoke free room), toilets were disgusting as if they don’t clean them.
Lucky for her she didn’t ask because I had a huge list of what was wrong and it needed to be cleaned/corrected.
We rented two rooms, one for my parents and one for me & my husband.
Forced, by circumstance, to lodge here, I would in no way recommend following my lead.

The bed and TV were OK and my wife and I did get a fair nights rest but we will not be back.
I asked for a lot of extras like a really late check out,bottom floor,pet friendly and got them took awhile but all was given to me. Upon arrival desk clerk was very friendly very understanding very nice. But when it came to check out now that's another story. I had the room for a couple of hours upon returning I had been locked out of my room. Went to front desk and that "person" was rude. I was told I had 10 minutes to get my stuff and get out of the room. So when it became longer than 10 min she began beating on the door threatening to call police and as I was on the tolit I didn't appreciate this so I put my business on hold to make sure the door was secure. Then she called the room saying I shut the door in her face and trust me she was mad! Threatened calling police and other things so I waited. After awhile I decided no one was coming so I turned my cardkey in to check out only to be greeted and treated with absolutely no respect or gratitude. Trust me I paid dearly for my extra requests but never again!!
Online said only 4 rooms left, but yet there was well over 20 vacant rooms.
It, in no way, reflects the standards of its noble Irish namesake.
Ice machines didn’t work, didn’t have shampoo/conditioner, blow dryers, and not even a laundry bag to put dirty clothes.
We went to Walgreens to buy some Lysol & bleach.
Comforters were stained, and curtains didn’t close all the way.
We didn’t feel safe at all, not from any type/sorts of intruders/offenders.
We stayed because it was near a family event for two nights.
When I went to front desk upon checkout, the lady was short with me and didn’t ask how our stay was.
I used both of the hand towels to clean hard surfaces, and they were no longer white because of the filth.
