We had a charge on our acct that we had no clue where it came from but was easily explained when we called. Make sure you’re aware that when you use the ATM that it will show up as a charge from MCM
It is always clean, comfy and staff is very accommodating! The breakfast is fab! I love the ice cold milk in that old school metal dispenser.
We weren't able to check in until after 4 pm because the night before was packed. We stayed in a double bed room and the beds were so uncomfortable. Our first day breakfast was not great at all. The female server coughed all over our food. Our second fay the male cook was great. He made all our food and it was a lot better. You get free drinks with your stay and the bartender was very nice and made good drinks.
We ate at the restaurant one night and the food is good, breakfast was free and very good every morning.
Hotel staff are very helpful, they were able to get us in last min after we left the Hilton garden inn due to unclean rooms. We stayed 3 days, everyone was kind, and the Thanksgiving dinner they put on was outstanding.
We stayed here the day before thanksgiving. We enjoyed all of the facilities.
Very nice place to stay. I can imagine what it was like back in the day. It is still very nice but in need of updating not a major update just some new carpet, and new draperies the beds were very comfortable. I would (will) definitely stay here again. The staff could be nicer front desk was very nice but cleaning and other stuff not so friendly. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here. The inside is beautiful the outside could use a redo. Breakfast was amazing! Pizza downstairs is very good and great deal.
Cons: the rooms need to be updated, carpets are old, bathroom was something to be desired.
I will stay here If ever we come through Abilene again.
Rooms are huge, and the hotel is beautiful with a large pool, play room, pool table, ping pong table, and a small shop.
