Very happy with the room, it was clean and let me tell you, the water pressure is awesome. Staff is wonderful! Breakfast room was clean and plenty of food. Free WiFi is a major plus. Definitely would stay again.
Comfortable, clean room. Desk clerk was very friendly, even called our room to see if we needed anything! Good selection of breakfast choices. We also got a good rate. We have stayed here several times and we'll be back.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone that stays in Abilene. Not only was the front desk accommodating but you get an all around amazing stay with the nicest house keepers. We've been staying here for over 2 weeks due to a house fire and everyone is just so friendly. You have great rooms at a great price, staff that has gone over and beyond and the cleaning staff I just can't even explain. They're always available, extremely happy, provides/asks for anything that we need and to top it off I haven't met not even one housekeeper to date, that hasnt been super friendly.

The staff was friendly and the check in was quick and simple. The room was fairly clean however there were a couple of crickets in there. The toilet rim was a small for someone 6 feet tall, as was the height of the shower head. Otherwise no complaints.
I also contacted Laquinta and they refused to refund me my rewards points that I used for the room that night. I would like to see how to go about receiving those points back. Is there anything you can do to help me with that?
In such a time of crisis for our family we are extremely grateful for our stay being so pleasant. If your coming to Abilene, this is the place to stay!!
