I went in and payed for 3 application fees I called the next day and they needed more information on where I lived the past 2 years. I am military and was in the dorms then. I'm just curious why they never called me and asked me. So I give them that information and they tell me to call the next day again. I just called them back and they tell me I've been disapproved for no rental history. No other questions would be answered when i asked. It's a 500 dollar per month rental. How does a sra with a good credit history and no delinquent payments get disapproved for a TRAILER? Beware they are running a scam and I wonder why they have so many empty trailers
