Don't like them to try to get u for money.money.money then kick u out.theyve done it to alot of people.all they care about is money.i would not ever recommend for someone to move here...
When my Cousin & I got a place there I had to spend three days deep cleaning before we could Move in. The staff is endlessly rude. We paid a full extra montgs rent after we had already moved out in order to give a 30 day notice because we wanted out of that dump that bad! Also all bills paid My ass!! What they call fair share is you paying everyone else's high usage rates!
They're ok once in awhile ,but need to learn to fix what is ordered to be fixed the staff is very good to me always been here almost five years ,now I'm not gunna bash them like the rest of these people are but they can do a little better on getting requests done when ask and dont charge an outrages price just for putting a fire alarm up heck i did it myself and still got charged other than that they are desent where I live good place good neighbors and I don't complain much
I have literally have been living here for one week and it's been the worse decision of my life. They have not wanted to fix anything that was wrong with the trailer; or give you a better one. They obviously don't care at all about the people who live here because they rent out ant/rat infested trailers and dont want to spray for them or fix the holes in the ceiling that are stuffed with paper towels. I also have this guy across the way scarring my kids .. I hate the place if I could give negative stars I would this place is a scam .. They take your money and wait for the next fool to do the same thing to because no matter what theirs no refunds and if yoh leave before ur lease is up they will charge u rent for those months regardless .. They are good I tell u that much at scaming people
Never, ever rent here. They're slum Lord's and they embezzle, extort money from their tenants and should be reported to the Better Business Bureau!!!
