Large pull through slots with plenty of space to park an additional vehicle or a boat. The bad no one's ever in the office the entire park has gravel roads and many of the people that live there full-time don't know that the speed limit is 10 miles per hour and driving through at above 40 miles per hour which makes the place a dust bowl. Also the the caretakers of the property don't have the common sense to blow the grass and gravel away from your RV. I put a carpet out to keep my feet clean and came home that night and it was covered with grass where they had mowed and blew it twards the RV and truck damaging my brand-new vehicle with a rock dent in the side when confronted at the office they acted like it was no big deal.
My only suggestion would be to add picnic tables to each site.
Since then I make sure never to leave my vehicle unattended in the park. As for rules there are none and there is no one to enforce them I've complained several times about people driving through the park in excess of 40 miles per hour and nothing's been done about it. Which is sad because it could be a really nice park if they had some rules.
Nice park, very spacious, each space is about 100' long, and very quiet. We didn't experience any speeding in the park as noted in other reviews, the only dust was when they cut the grass, and that was tolerable. Zane met us when we arrived, very nice and helpful fellow.
Handy to Abilene and I-20. Very long level sites.
The only reason i didnt give 5 stars is the stickers . Been traving alot in our rv and this is one of the better parks. Restroom/ laundry building doesnt look like much on the outside but is quite nice on the inside. Owner is very nice and keeps the property up well. The dirt and gravel road sucks because my vehicle never stays clean. And no matter how slow you go dust and rocks are flying. Nobody is speeding on gravel.
Very large sites provide more room than most could use! Sites gravel and almost completely level. Plenty of space between sites; definitely don't feel crowded at all. Nice views overlooking Abilene. Highway noise is there, but tolerable, and the only reason I don't give it 5 stars. If you have pets, watch out for the stickers! They are abundant. Great place for a quick overnight stop or a longer getaway.
