Place looks awful. Half the machines are out. No hot water. One of the machines that appeared to be in working condition ate my money and didn't work. Only reason I came here was to wash everything in bulk but I am better off using my own washer one load at a time. Never coming back.
None of the washing machines worked
I have never seen a town so lacking in laundromats, all being very small, run-down, and on the far north side of town. I guess that's why the few that are here can get away with such negligent business practices. Full of customers, lacking chairs and working machines, and FILTHY. Half the machines were out of service, including the change machine. This includes the walls of front loading dryers. There were only 2 high volume front loader washers, and one was out of service, of course. The rest were too tiny for anything but very small loads, useless for bedspreads and blankets, which was what I was there to wash. This also applies to the other location of this company, which I will review, as well.
This place is a true nightmare. Out of I believe a dozen washers, TWO did not have dirt/garbage inside of them. It smells like mildew....I'm sure the owners are of a high caliber (not). A health inspector would have a field day. I came here out of desperation while waiting for my washer to be installed, but I would probably be better off washing my clothing in my kitchen sink.
Most of the machines are broken and filled with trash. Building is absolutely filthy. I've had my laundry stolen twice.
