ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!!!!! HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR A MONTH TO GET THEM TO FIND A SET OF DRAPES THAT THEY LOST AND CANNOT GEDT ANY HELP!!!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR ITEMS TO THIS CLEANER!!!!!!

We took my husbands custom hand made tailored suit to be dry cleaned before our Air Force annual action last March. When I went to go pick it up, they could not locate my dress and his suit. A few days later, they found my dress but still could not locate his suit. Mr. Ingram assured me he would find it and if not do what was right to fix the problem. It has been almost a year of me calling on a weekly basis to be ignored by the Ingrams. They have not replaced or paid for his suit which was a beautifully made suit. Or even returned 1 phone call to us. They have ignored this problem and hide from us when we stop in to talk . I have been very polite about this, and have gave them ample time time find it and fix it. But after a year of being ignored, it is very apparent they are not going to resolve this matter. Its very sad that a company like this is treating its military members so poorly. Shame on you Ingram cleaners!!!
