Do not trust this business with your clothes! They lost an $86 pair of men's Cinch jeans a couple of months ago and owner refused to reimburse me. The girl that worked there gave me a credit of $86 for future cleaning. I dropped off dress shirts and jeans a couple of days ago and now they have lost a men's dress shirt. Every customer that came in today (8/10/17), was looking for missing items! Do not go here ever!!
Used to be great but new management has lost the good customer service from before. They also lose your stuff then act like it is no big deal. They don't seem to pay any attention where to park so that customers aren't blocked in. Today was our last day at this place even though we live around the corner.
I've spent 2 hours at the business trying to find 5 pair of my work pants today 5-5-17. Same thing happened two weeks ago and it took them 2 days to find my pants. For the last month every time I order heavy starch my pants have white smears all over them that won't come out until I wash them. I will not be using them anymore. My pants cost $55 per pair and 5 pair are lost. All of this after I allowed them an extra day to get my uniforms ready. Something needs to be done or they will lose all of their customers. Do not go here! We have made multiple attempts to retrieve clothes, requested only to be starched, that were dropped off at 9:15am 8/7/17 that ARE STILL NOT READY as of 6:00pm on 8/8/16. I was now told that they do not have a same day service anymore which was not told any of the times we attempted to pick up only when I called at 5:50pm 8/8/17. We were told each time that they would be ready after 5pm. Horrible customer experience, no one knows what current policies are and just lie to customers!
HORRIBLE!!! BEWARE!!!! They lose your clothes and you will get ZERO reimbursement. AWFUL!!!!
