Most places try to up-sell you but he was honest and upfront about everything - no hidden prices either which is a rare thing these days. I was a little concerned about them cleaning due to us having wood flooring. Our floors had recently been waxed , so needless to say i was nervous about possible water stains. They came fully prepared and took ever precaution to ensure that our floors were not damaged in the process. Jason and his co worker did an awesome job. Very cool guys,they were very upfront about everything . We are very pleased and would recommend them for your carpet cleaning needs. We look forward to having them come out and do our other carpets soon. Pricing is very affordable too. No hidden fees just great work for a great price.
