VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! Took Brand new men's suit and brand new men's shirts. Ruined suits and shirts! Owner very arrogant! Refused to take responsibility for ruined clothes! WILL NEVER do business with Comet cleaners or Ken's cleaners ever again!!!
I've spent 2 hours at the business trying to find 5 pair of my work pants today 5-5-17. Same thing happened two weeks ago and it took them 2 days to find my pants. For the last month every time I order heavy starch my pants have white smears all over them that won't come out until I wash them. I will not be using them anymore. My pants cost $55 per pair and 5 pair are lost. All of this after I allowed them an extra day to get my uniforms ready. Something needs to be done or they will lose all of their customers.
