Went into Texas Discount Golf to look for a new putter. My Odyssey putter face insert was coming loose after a year of use. Did not purchase my putter here (I don’t live in Abilene). Fully expecting to simply purchase a new putter, when Russ learned why I was looking for a new putter, he asked if I had my old putter with me. I did. He helped me find right putter (I still love Odyssey putters) and then he exchanged it for only the cost of the grip I wanted changed out!! I didn’t ask, or expect this level of customer service. I became an instant fan! Outstanding customer service along with competent staff. When I buy new clubs it will only be from Texas Discount Golf!
