I don't normally give 5 star reviews just for a company doing what they're supposed to do, but in the case of the gun industry where most of the online gun shops have well-deserved bad reputations, CDNN is exceptional in this regard and I'm very pleased with my experience with them.
I'll definitely be checking out CDNN in the future. Their prices are very good too. Maybe not the lowest you'll find on the internet but I'm not in the business of making interest-free loans to some kid drop shipping guns out of his dorm room so I don't mind paying more for a reputable dealer that has the item and will actually ship the item without having to call and beg. Plus they don't nickel & dime you for credit card fees or slip in automatic donations to the NRA or any other nonsense. CDNN has an actual place and appears to be completely reputable and thus, has made it into my extremely small list of approved gun vendors.
They don't have a huge selection but the selection that they do have is good stuff and all in stock. They're not just drop shipping it from some unknown warehouse. My first order with them was a good experience. I had good sales over the phone, which they do pick up by the way, and they shipped out the firearm the same day that I ordered it. Now, I do this all day long and it's not hard to slap a label on a box for something that you have in inventory but seems like a lot of gun shops have trouble with this simple task.

They won't sell SS195LF to civillians even though its not against the law. I'm not sure about all the states but its completely legal to own in Texas. Its the best factory load for self defense the box is marked LEO/MIL only by FNH, but by law it is not restricted to sale to civillians. I've ordered a lot of this in the past. Right now its hard to come by and people are chargine $35 or more per box but CDNN has them for $30 and they just are refusing to sell. Makes no sense. The market is there and its 100% LEGAL but they just don't care about your right to defend yourself. I've ordered many things including ammo, magazines, etc. from them but never again. I'm making sire to spread the word too on all the gun forums.
Any product you buy from them better be perfect and high quality. If you work for a living and can't test and communicate with CDNN within their 3 day return limit, well your stuck out $ 400.00 in my case. As a result sent pos K2 handgun bought from CDNN for warranty back to EAA and have not received word one so this will be fun. I would only buy items that have great factory support reputation because CDNN provides no practical after the sale service.

I really like that they disclose the flat shipping fee upfront so customers know what the total spending will be before having to go through check out process. For firearm transfer, it is extremely easy and almost no paperwork faxing around if choosing one of their hundreds preferred FFL dealers. The last, unbelievably fast delivery definitely earn this company my five stars!
