Does not ship boxes that "aren't full enough". While she proceeds to push on every side of your box to the point of creases and ripping tape so she can make her point. Regardless of what's in the box if it isn't bursting at the seems then don't expect them to accept it. She references "company policy" to not accept half full boxes, however FedEx doesn't care what box they ship to my house but God forbid I use the same box to ship back my product.

I ordered a package and it was shipped by Fed Ex who drops it with the Abilene Post office. It takes forever to get anything from Fed Ex so from now on i will pay for shipping from another company if I am given the choice. Fed Ex has no complaint department nor a human when you call them.
