I have used Stephens Rubber Stamps for the last 20 years. I have purchased countless self-inking stamps (which they re-ink for free), banners, signs, and business cards. I was referred to Stephens to have the back of two gift watches engraved. Shockingly, the engraver misspelled the last name on both watches (name was correct on the order form). The service was prompt and the engraving was high-quality, but I was taken back by the lack of attention to detail. He did very little to offer a solution or fix. I cannot recommend them.
Products are very high quality and the service is amazing. I have never had a single problem with anything they've done for my company in the past 4 years. Highly recommend!
