I was treated very rudely from the first hello. I didn't even mind the hourly rate or when I was told it would be a month before they even took a look at my firearm, I'm very patient, but their ridiculous rudeness motivated me to create an account just to write this review. I found someone else who did the job that morning for half the rate and with a smile :)
Old and outdated look. Have used this place for repairs 3 times in the last 12 years. Each time the younger of the two men was rude. Needs some people skills. Comes across as a know it all. Other than that, you can trust the work.Have Not been in there recently so maybe things are better regarding the look and social skills.
I don't like to leave bad reviews for independently owned businesses, but the picture of this sight install speaks for itself.

Very rude. I used to go in with my grandpa so I took my son in and they didn't even give us the time of day. Very disappointed
