Beautiful quality Fireplaces, and accessories. Love the store, and the people behind it!
We had beautiful fireplaces installed by Fire Escape, but after about 6 months we noticed a crack in one of the faux logs and the backing of the fireplace cracking. They came out and said it was covered under warranty and that they'd order the part and it would take a couple weeks. That was in February and it's now May. We call every month and they say they are still waiting for the part.
The place has top quality merchandise, beautiful fireplaces and gas firelogs.
