I am so dissatisfied with this company. I heard amazing reviews about how fast they were with maintenance and customer service so I rented through them. Just like the other reviews you might've read... Dont expect much of your deposit back. Ours was $800 and received $300 back. $280 of it was because of cleaning. This was very disheartening to see because the house was actually cleaner when I left than when I moved in the property. When we did the final walk through Marjorie said it looked great it just needing some "sprucing". I don't believe "sprucing" is a requirement in our lease contract nor does it cost almost $300. But it's not my company so I don't make the rules. I definately feel like I was taken advantage of. Don't rent from this company unless you're okay with not having your deposit back, plain and simple. They DO however receive 1 star for the maintenance requests, they were always very punctual and the maintenance men were always helpful.
Have I told you that you were amazing? If I hadn't I apologize because you guys rock!!! Thank you soo much. We are truly pleased with the work done.
