Really like renting from Cooksey. They have been really helpful and nice to my family and I. I have never experienced a problem with them.
The worst property management firm I have ever dealt with. The property wasn't clean when we moved in, there was a septic collapse in the yard that was never fixed, the refrigerator wouldn't work , et cetera. Do yourself a favor and rent from a legitimate leasing company. This one is run by yahoos.
