One star, only because you hafta put one or more. If not it would be negative stars. These morons suck. I don’t know how the hell these people even find their way to work.
Driver left a note on my door at 2PM on a weekday that he missed me and I had to sign for my package. Went in person to this site and talked to a very polite and respectful young man named Phil who showed me that it was reflected in their system that my purchase did not in fact require a signature. Phil helped me get in touch with the driver and I met up with him to get my stuff. This one star rating is to reflect that a driver blatantly lied and didn't bother to attempt to leave my package with the front office or in one of the many security lockers our complex has. Not cool.
Came by to deliver my package I am disabled and takes me a few minutes to get to the door and he was gone in less than two minutes.
Cant place negative stars for UPS, but in the past UPS was consistently early on deliveries, and even routed shipments in as efficient manner as possible, in my most recent case, they routed the package to add 300 miles to the total trip, meaning there is no way possible for it to be early, and it will be a stretch to see it at my door before 9pm on the day of delivery since these people cannot seem to grasp that unit c would be at the end of the damn drive way, not the first house.
So I called UPS to ask what their policy or procedures were for delivering packages. Per the customer service representative on the phone, the delivery drivers are supposed to make contact with the recipient of the package via knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell. The delivery driver in my area carelessly threw my package in the middle of my garage without so much as a single knock of the door or ring of the doorbell. What was in the envelope that he threw was an Xbox one game with now a broken case and broken game. The representative transferred me to The damages department where I was told I would have to call Gamestop to dispute the damaged game. I am fairly confident that gamestop wouldn't send a broken game in a damaged case. I am pretty sure the damage came from the delivery driver hucking my package like a baseball. Why do I need to dispute damages with gamestop when UPS is responsible for the damage?!?!? Makes no sense. Piss poor customer service at both ends of the spectrum....customer service and delivery.
