My sister applied for an apartment at Anson Park a few months ago and they basically "STOLE" her deposit. She had to take them to court to rightfully get her deposit back. They are very very unprofessional. DO NOT RENT FROM ANSON PARK UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE.

The office manager and assistant stole from the tenants, took rent when tenants didnt ask for receipts which got them evevted. The manager stole several thousands of the tenants money. (Look on Big Country Home Page) The new "ladies" they have "working" there now HAVE NO CLUE AS TO WHAT THERE DOING! They are very rude and have NO sympathy for the tenants who were involved with the embezzlement sceem. They have property Vandals WEEKLY! Id advise NO ONE move here. The crime is through the roof and the new staff are stuck up and JUST plain classless.
I will be living here going on 2 years my only issue is no drop box for rent... I love the fact that all the children that I know of get along and that we ingage in activities throughout the year within our gated community..
