Well this is the first time I had to deal with hail damage for our Honda Accord ,so I started looked and Auto Spa came up . I noticed they were locally owned and operated.So stopped by and they are probably one of the best shops I had the pleasure of dealing with. The same day they worked with my insurance and had me a rental car within mins . I didnt have to worry about anything. They had our car in and out in no time and even washed and waxed and detailed. It looks amazing. Thank Leslie and the guys at Auto Spa.
Auto Spa provided an exceptional inside and outside detailing of my car. It looks beautiful! Jay provided excellent customer service! I was running late, apologized and was happy that Jay waited for me (after normal closing hour). Everyone was pleasant and the facility was easy to find, bright and clean.
I had a great experience with the crew at auto spa. All employees take good care of you they make you feel like you have known them for a really long time. They take the time to drive you anywhere you need to go and just takes care of it all. I highly recommend this place and my car looks good after the hail repair. I was lucky enough to find this shop, when looking for a reasonable estimate for hail damage repairs on my Honda Element. The customer service is excellent! They handled working with my insurance company, assuring that they would be able to complete the repairs.and had a rental car ready for me . I picked up my car today! It was so beautiful to see my car looking new again! They did a total detail on it, its cleaner than its been in a long time. I was very happy, with all they did, to make this experience a positive one!
