Such a nice place! Our rescue pup had so much fun and he especially enjoyed splash time in the pool. Everyone was very kind in answering all my questions and reassured us he would be well taken care of. We will definitely be returning and can't wait to take him to their doggy daycare. I have been very pleased with Suite Life. They take care of my dog and show him the love he needs. I have used them for the bath and furminator. They do a great job! He smells so good and is very soft. I recommend them to make your dog feel and look special.
Our pet is happy when she goes to stay here. We use them for boarding services. My only complaint is they charged us an extra pick up fee because it was on a Sunday we picked her up. The fee was $45. If we would have left her there another night the boarding fee would have only been $30. I don't feel this is the right way to do business. It makes me wonder if they don't have staff there on Sunday anyway to feed and water the animals?
The staff here are very friendly and the facility is really nice and always clean. The groomer is very talented; she's the only person in Abilene I trust with my dog's cut.
This was our first experience to ever board any of our dogs. I am quite impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and how friendly the staff were! When we picked up our Husky, she seemed like she had a great time at the spa! She was extremely tired when we got home! I wish I could have known specifically how she did with other dogs. We were not given any feed back other than how much she ate. BUT we will definitely be using Suite Life Pet Resort & Spa for our Husky when we go out of town again!
