I can't say enough good things about Robbie's and the people there! I highly recommend them!
We've also boarded our cats there and they love it, too! They get brushed and loved, too! The ladies even took the time to get to know our kitties - what they liked and didn't like to help them be more comfortable.
Very friendly and helpful plus it is smaller so I felt like my dogs got attention while they were boarded there. They also bathed them for free before coming home... the only downside is they don't take cards for payment.
I have owned dogs and had dogs groomed for over 30 years and Robbie's is by far the best groomer I've ever used! The ladies there truly care about your pets. Our dog comes home smelling better than we do and it lasts over a week, usually two weeks. That's impressive! With other groomers, she would start smelling "doggie" after a few days. And she's hardly shedding anymore! They take the time to really groom your dog, not just a quick bath and then stick them in front of the blow dryer. We call it her "spa day" because she truly gets the works with her bath/massage/brushing! At first, our dog was scared and didn't want to go, but now loves it and runs in to greet the ladies there.
My dachshund Frank loves to go to Robbies. They take great care in bathing and trimming his nails and he always comes home with new neck-r-chef.
Robbie's is a wonderful place to take my large dog for a bath and nails. They are so careful with her and she's usually eager to get inside to see them all. They really care about the health and wellbeing of the dogs.
My experience with Robbies has been Great! I have taken my dogs to Robbies for many years and am very happy with the care and attention my "children" have received. I am very picky about my pets. When I board them with Robbies I don't worry about them at all. I know they are well cared for and will be all smiles and wags when I pick them up. In fact, they're all smiles and wags when I take them in too.
They are also very flexible with my schedule. I've had to drop off and pick up at certain times, which they accommodated (grooming and boarding).
