I am not someone that is hateful by any means, or someone that is hard to please on my pets hair cuts. But The only positive thing I can say about this place was that the young lady that checked me out and that talked with me over the phone was sweet. Besides that, nothing else.. My 3 year old mini schnauzers hair cut was just horrible. I've been getting her hair cut since she was a pup and before her I was raised with a schnauzer growing up who lived to be 14 and out of all the hair cuts I've seen on a schnauzer... Honestly, this was the worst. Especially For how much I paid, I should have gotten a beautiful hair cut for that price. I pay cheaper at her normal place she goes too (which was closed on the day I needed her hair done) and she leaves there looking awesome. But who knows, maybe miniature schnauzers just aren't there best work.
I have done business at Dog Gone Pretty for a very long time. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. They always ask you how you want your fur baby done. My babies always greet her with tails wagging. I have never seen any mis treatment of any dog in her shop. Never smell any foul odor and shop is clean. I will not do business anywhere else.
I can't say enough about this wonderful business. I first looked them up on line and found a few good reviews so I wanted to send them an email about my rescue cocker spaniel. I received a response the very next day. She said she would love to work with us and to please call to make an appointment with them when they are not busy so she could have time with my dog. Buddy is a rescue and needs extra care because of what he had been threw before.She told me to bring a shirt or something of mine so he would feel comfortable. She was awesome with him. When we arrived she sat on the floor with us to get to know Buddy. After probably 10 or 15 minutes I felt good enough leaving him there and I left. She was still sitting on the floor with him just talking to him and trying to make he feel better about being there. She called in 2 1/2 hours to let me know he was finished and she was going to leave him out of the kennel because she believed he was happier out with her than in alone. He was so calm when i got there. Not upset in any way. WORTH EVERY PENNY. Thank you so very much for caring for my baby like I do!!!
They got me in quick and it was clean. I know my dog was very bad, but they did a good job on him.
Great with my dogs. You can tell they take their time and treat each dog with love.
