I took a pair of boots to get them resoled paid almost $80.00 and the new sole didn't even last 4 months. A huge hole came in the bottom of the boot all the way to the foot. I took them back over to the boot repair store and showed them the boots and told him it hadn't even been 4 months that they were repair. His response was well he's already wore them out. I said that shouldn't be possible if he had repaired them correctly and he said I use the best leather. Well apparently not or they wouldn't have fell apart in such a short period of time. He didn't offer to do them at half price or anything. Won't be going back there!!
Went in to Dean,s to have a nail that had came up into solo repaired. He assessed the repair and fixed it right away at no charge. I was in Abilene visiting and could not have waited. Great service.
