Visiting a walk in Clinic for the first time, I must say I was really impressed. Wait time was less than 20 minutes. Service was far superior to that I receive by my regular Intern.
Elizabeth at the front desk was pleasant, and Abbey the nurse was awesome! They answered all my questions, were fast and thorough. Definitely recommending them to others. Thank you for a great experience!
The rudest doctor works here. I came in for a finger injury and they would not even look at it When i asked the doctor why she started raiseing her voice had a awful aditude and slamed the door. Do not go here they do not care about u and they will treat u like dirt. The nuses I will say are extremely nice just the doctor was very rude.
Fast service and great results! Randy was very helpful and his knowledge was greatly appreciated. All the staff were polite and efficient. I have a family doctor and cardiologist and use them as scheduled, but they are too busy for emergencies like a gum infection. Dr. J fills the niche quite well for those emergency needs that don't require a hospital emergency visit. Highly satisfied... would give ten stars if possible. Gum pain is right up there with childbirth in my humble male opinion (ladies may dissent). ;-) I was here before for a cut finger and the doctor was great in that minor emergency. Very clean building also.
Everybody was super professional and pleasant. Yesterday I walked out of a clinic in Odessa the service was so bad. I came here for a DOT physical and I am really pleased how they made things work for me. I am definitely going to keep coming here.
