I purchased a new pair of frames ~Dec. 2016/Jan. 2017. Caleb was the associate who made the experience worth writing this review. He didn't hover but was readily available, super patient, and professional. I was told there was a 30 day return policy. Guess what? Without question, I was permitted to return/exchange the initial frames I was warned may be too big once its lenses were put in......... I couldn't be happier with the frames I ultimately chose. Although the prices can be a little steep, they are indicative of the brands offered and the quality and service provided.
I went to the store trying to find glasses for my son. I do shop around and we are limited in selection in this town. Lens Crafters is the only place in town that said they cant make his glasses. Being their primary business is selling glasses i thought they would have higher ability than Wal-Mart but i guess thats not the case.
