I've never been treated like a sub-human until I became a client at Betty Hardwick MH/MR. My case worker laughed at me during my intake after asking me a question that I suppose she deemed too ridiculous for someone who struggles with mental illness. The receptionist treated several patients in the waiting room and on the phone like they were not worthy of her time, and after my two hour long first appointment I left still not having any idea what the actual function is of the Betty Hardwick center. After calling on my own behalf, my case manager blamed me for her mistake, and then told me the wrong appointment time to talk to someone about my medication. Upon arrival, I was told to go see my inept case manager again before seeing a doctor. I would rather hold out until one of my sucide attempts works than receive "help" from these "people".
cause before when i had became a patient they treated me with the up most respect and also they treated me like family. so i really do recommend betty hardwick if you wanna get treat for your problems
You have helped me a lot but there is medication that i desperately need and every time I ask about it they tell me we dont give that here and I've been on it most of my life and i don't know where to get it and its getting really bad!!
