Everyone was so nice! I was seen immediately and diagnosed in minutes...got my shot and they called in my prescription...I was back home and in bed within 2 hours! Feeling sooo much better today! Of course I would have loved to gone to my "regular" doctor but they couldnt see until next month! Thanks to the staff at this establishment im feeling better the NEXT day!
Always get the best of care. There is wonderful staff who are caring and professional. I'm never dissappointed and wait times are usually within minutes of checkin. Thanks Affordacare for being there.
Took my wife in for a suspected bladder infection. They confirmed the disgnosis and prescribed an antibiotic very quickly and even took care of an ongoing ear issue on the spot. Very impressed with proficiently and quality of medical care. Pleasantly surprised with having to do minimal paperwork and efficiency of srrvice.
My husband went in to the Ridgemont location, they gave him two shots and a priscription for an earache. Here it is four days later and ear is worse. Instead of calling in another proscription like a real doctor usually does, because they realize need something stronger or an alternative treatment plan. They want to charge for another office visit. Don't waste time or money, just go to a regular doctor office.
As a health care provider myself I am impressed with the clinic. Everything was quick, efficient, and clinically sound. I was seen by Trudy Smith, PA and Otto Thompson. Both very professional and timely in the delivery of services. The office wait time was literally 5 min. Clinic was clean and staff at front was helpful. I enjoyed using the tablet at the front to check in and for the review of symptoms. I will return.
