For me, I do not need the bribes. Even the outstanding care and whistling are not at the top of my list. Nope, not even the tooth fairy.... (Notice there was a long pause while I thought about it.) What I care about the most is that for the first time in my life I have my smile... and I like it very much. Thank you, Dr. Bob and staff. You are truly amazing.
At Leedy Dental, the doctors and staff, perform outstanding dental service. The wants and needs of the patient always come first and are always attended to... BAR NONE!
Dr. Bob is a very skilled dentist and it shows in his attitude and approach to dentistry. Dr. Bob enjoys what he is doing so much, sometimes he will whistle while he works. I am always watching for Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs to come around the corner. Alas, sometimes I think it is just the nitrous oxide!
The support staff is outstanding! BEST I have EVER interacted with at any doctor's office. They are all highly skilled, highly trained, the friendliest, and most caring people you could ever want for such an experience. They even try to bribe you with cookies, canned drinks, coffee, etc.
P.S. Thanks for the snacks and drinks too! They were outstanding as well. As for the tooth fairy, we can discuss that on my next visit.
How great are my experiences? So great every time I come in, the next morning I will look under my pillow to see if the tooth fairy came during the night!
Having a great dentist is comparable to having a great hairdresser; once you find the right one, it is hard to try someone else. Imagine working in an area unfamiliar to you and finding yourself with a filling that has partially come out. That was the scenario I found myself in. Thank goodness I am in area which afforded me the opportunity to find a good dentist since I was not able to make it home to Florida. After researching the dental offices and dentists in the Abilene area, I found the Leedy Dental Office. Comfortable with my decision, I called and made an appointment. I was not disappointed. The office staff was not only professional but friendly. Dr. Leedy examined me and confirmed my worse fear that I would have to have a root canal. I scheduled the appointment and was told that Dr. Jeff Webb would be performing my root canal. Dr. Webb knew that I was apprehensive and nervous. He put my fears to rest and made me feel as comfortable as one can feel while having a root canal. I highly recommend this dental office and, if you find yourself in need of a filling, a cleaning or a root canal, I would schedule an appointment. I would like to thank Dr. Leedy, the staff and a special thank Dr. Webb for the excellent treatment he provided me. If it were possible, I would take this dental office back to Florida with me.
In the 43 years I've been wearing dentures I have never had a set of dentures that look and fit better. The staff is exceptional, courteous and friendly. Dr. Leedy is truly a master of his trade. He is kind and cares for his patients. Thanks Dr. Leedy and staff. Kay Welch
