I now have had two visits here and I think everyone is amazing! They really did their best finding ways to work with my insurance and making sure things that should be covered were. This will be the dentist I stick with as long as I'm living in Abilene and they are in business! : )
This was our first time seeing Dr. Estes. He and his dental assistant were AMAZING! They made my 5 yr old feel so comfortable, he was even laughing a few times. They were awesome and spoke to both of us with such kindness. I love them and am so happy to call them our sons new dentist!
Today at my visit I was not only misinformed about my procedures, I was shamed about my teeth and how I look. Thank you Dr. Tindol for finishing off what self esteem I had left. I really appreciate it. What u failed to even know is that I am a single mother who works hard to provide solely for my children with no welfare, food stamps, government assistance or even child support. I have let myself fall by the wayside so that my kids have. Due to my own medical problems it has affected my teeth. I am not some drug addicted nasty person as u so seemed to let me know. I fell on hard times and came to your clinic with hope to fix it. You and your dental hygienist can go to hell. I will fix this myself without your high horse help
They are very professional, with enough compassion for your comfort.
Their facility is very clean and tidy with very friendly staff. Not only were there magazines out in the lobby but also a children's book for my daughter. Not long waiting times. Only place I go!
