Terrible terrible terrible. Treats Hispanic families disrespectful and "assumes" they are on Medicaid. I was told tgat directly!! Then to find out we have great insurance so she charged more. She is NOT a surgeon like she claimed. My daughter was very sick, face swolllen like a basketball, and we had to take her elsewhere. She's lucky I didn't report her. She charged a ton of money upfront before ever checking my insurance and kept charging afterwards when my insurance said she couldn't. They even suggested reporting her to the board in Texas. She treated my daughter & me with major disrespect.
I've been getting my teeth fixed here for more than 20 years, Dr. Jane is the best in Abilene.
Went for a appointment for a cleaning. Waited for a Hour and a Half. Never got to see the dentist very disappointing. Just got told by the hygienist my teeth look good and don't look like i have any cavities. I was welcome to leave or I can wait another hour to see the dentist.
