We love this office! They usually don’t have but one animal scheduled at a time. Which I love it being just us there. I’m never rushed and feel free to ask questions and they take time to answer all my questions. We have a small dog and an out door cat. At one time we had chickens, and I needed advice on bumble foot, The vet was vet friendly and had even looked up information before we came in. Also there prices are average to below average. They do not charge an office visit for the heart worm shot unless I have other topics I want to discuss.
Wonderful experiences every time we see Dr. Ratliff and staff. We've taken our dog here for the past year and recommend them to everyone we know with pets.
I have been using Chimney Rock for many years, Yes Dr. Ratliff is a different person than Allen was but He has never shown my animals anything but love and compassion. He has modernized diagnostics and some treatments, My animals get very good treatment here.
Dr. Ratliff was so sweet and nice to our dog. She is hard to get along with and does not like men at all. He didn't even blink an eye. He also was very considerate of my daughter's feelings. He understands pets are truly part of the family. I would recommend him to anyone.
