The staff here is always very helpful, nice, and accommodating. Larger To-Go orders are ready quickly and accurately. The environment is great, and the tables and children's seats are always clean. A great place to grab some quick carbs.
Food was good. I told them that the diet coke was out but hadn't fixed it in the 45 minutes we were there, very inconvenient. They didn't seem to be in a hurry to do anything.
My only complaint is that the toppings on my Ultimate Fettuccine were too salty for me to eat; but I know a lot of people disagree with me there. I just feel like you can always add salt, but you can't remove it.
