Fresh ingredients and big servings. For the price wish it was more meat then vegetables rice and beans but definitely a good place to eat, excellent staff and clean restraunt.
On top of that, the manager, Angel, is a such an awesome guy! I've received nothing but great service from the employees. Give these guys a break, and be glad that Chipotle came to Abilene.
Extremely disappointed with my most recent trip. The burrito was poorly made and the person making it seemed like he wanted to be anywhere but there. Usually Chipotle has well made food, but it was soggy and I probably would have gotten a better burrito at Taco Bell. It's a shame.
Great food, friendly staff and a nice place to sit outside when the weather is fair. This was go-to spot while on the Whole30 diet. The only con is the parking, they could stand to have a few more spots.

Plenty of people in the reviews here are complaining about the wait time that is taking place. Chipotle is extremely popular, and it isn't easy at all to keep up with a constant flow of customers - literally all day long. The line is long because people love Chipotle, and this is a new store. The store will busy for a while, as it is the only one in Abilene. Over time, the flow of customers will calm down, and the wait time will be more realistic. Don't expect to get your food immediately when there are twenty people in line, and thirty orders being pushed online. They wait time will decrease eventually, and the system will become more efficient as the completely new employees develop a "flow." Either way, they're doing great for a new restaurant that has hundreds of customers every day.
Chipotle is a great restaurant, and their quality and service is always high quality. We've been waiting for Chipotle to show up in Abilene for a while, and I'm glad they finally did.
