Had a good experience here. Fast and efficient service. Wouldn't recommend breakfast here. But lunch and dinner are good. Great little shop in front of the restaurant. Was a little confused at first couldn't figure out were to pay for a few minutes. Was crowded somewhat. Overall a good experience once you know your way around in there.
Today was not the best service or quality of food. Most visits we have great service and everything tastes yummy! The server was a really nice person but she kept forgetting things and actually put in the wrong order instead if what I actually ordered. I guess it was just a bad day but I was starving and by the time my food all came out, it wasn't hot anymore.
Dirty restaurant. Employees were not busy but ignored the door. Rachel has a bit of an attitude. Sage is very nice. The young lady on cashier was the best one in the store. Probably the worst Cracker Barrel experience I've ever had :(
One of my favorite places to go. Always friendly! Great selection of southern food! Plus the gift shop is always fun!
Waitress was horrible. Lost our order, says the slip was put on wrong plate. Then told us as food was brought out that part of order can't be ready for another hour. Substituted order for dessert, brought dessert out as meal was served. Part of dessert was ice cream. We love Cracker Barrel but this location was not prepared for the start of college football season for this town. How unfortunate. Could be better prepared.
