The service was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit outstanding. We will return. Thanks for being so welcoming.
We walked in and were the only customers in line. We thought great no waiting. Three workers standing at the desk. They looked up and then they told us we would have wait. The place had a couple of other customers who were eating. They did even offer to sit us down, after been told to wait they all turned there backs to us. Very rude very unprofessional unprofessional. Will not go back, there are for too many other place too dine with better customer service. I know this will not change management attitude since this a reflection. But we will take our business and personal dining elsewhere.Best thing I can say is that we left and had a Great dining experience at another restaurant.
Lucky is, hands down, the absolute best waiter/host I have ever been served by and I have traveled many places in this world in my life...he has a gift for people and a wonderful spirit about him...made the excellent food even better...he's a keeper!
Several things just didn't add up to a good dining experience...soup was luke warm at best (Pasta Fagioli), salad was very under-dressed and no cheese was offered. One of our children's meals was very late, after the other members of our party had finished eating. The check-out process was very slow, having problems with the printing machine or something like that. Never got the same excuse twice from various servers. I'm being generous with the 3 stars here.
Food was wonderful & our server Chris was very helpful with all my questions and had suggestions for what I was looking for. He was very personable. Olive Garden doesn't dissapoint!
