I bought a couch from there within a week it was falling apart. I showed the manager. Nothing was done. I couldn't complain because I was an employee. They sell used mattresses to customers who are expecting new ones. We would pick up a mattress from a house and take it right to the showroom. If you buy a mattress make sure it is sealed in plastic when it gets there. If not it was probably used by someone else.

Everytime I go there, the manager Jacob is excellent! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant to talk to. I was there to pick out a new mattress under a warranty replacement, and there were no issues or problems. Just do your research before buying so you get what suits your needs. Mike helped me on this visit also and did a great job also.
