Never in my life have I seen Such Gross Incompetence, my niece rented bunk beds and left to California, leaving the beds also, we FINALLY a week later get them to come take the beds ( wrapped in the same plastic they left the store in along with mattress protectors over the top that WE bought) the driver noticed a "ROLLY POLY" pointed at it and said we can't take it, that's a bedbug And left.... It was a ROLLY POLY people... Now they want us to get into a payment plan to saddle US with the bunk set.... If they do not call back in one day to fix this problem, I'm dragging the whole set to the alleyway...... ANYONE NEED A FULL BUNK SET? NEVER WILL I EVER RENT THERE EVER, THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS
