Gabe was great. Very patient with my very indecisive counterpart. And made some great suggestions and has amazing knowledge about the type of material and gave me knowledge of every special! The manager, Sean, helped us out also with some more suggestions to close us on what we wanted. Great sales team! The delivery guys were awesome also! They made sure exactly where I wanted each item, put every thing together for me, inspected all of my furniture with me and was very personable! Very rare to find in a delivery crew!
I loved the ladies at Ashley store in Amarillo store they were very friendly and today i had the delivery gentlemen that set up my room very quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Also very friendly and polite. I am very happy with their services. Thank you

The salesman, Jimmy, and sales manager, Sean, were very helpful and polite in helping with our furniture needs. They made the buying process simple, easy, and stress-free. There was a very quick turnaround (about 4 days) for my furniture to come in and they called me to schedule a delivery. The delivery guys (Sorry! I didn’t catch names) were efficient and mindful of the new furniture (protecting the door frame, checking the new TV to make sure it worked, etc.). I will be happy to use them in the future and highly recommend them!
The gentlemen that delivered our chairs were very professional and meticulous. They were very conscientious about placing the furniture where we wanted it and making sure we were very satisfied before they left. They were very kind and curtious and kind. We are exceptionally pleased with our entire experience with Ashley Furniture. We look forward to many years of pleasure with our quality Ashley furniture.
The staff was very nice and offered to help many times over and did a great Jobe of not pressuring us on anything. I gave three stars because the styles they offered were just outdated for me. We tried hard to find something but we could not agree on anything. The price was competitive to other stores but for the more trendy stuff it was priced too high when compared to other stores. Overall, good experience with the staff, the decor just did not match up with us.
