I looked everywhere for my receipt and couldn't find it but I did pay with my debit card so I thought maybe they'd use my card statement where I paid them as proof of purchase and make it right. I called the south 7th store and the guy said he couldn't do anything but to call the other store and ask a manager.
I purchased a battery and tank from the south 7th store a week ago and after 5 days the battery quit. Started smoking and melted, making it a paperweight. I literally charged this one time and used it a couple of times.... just a bad battery.
I like Stogies. Their juices take up 95% of my collection. Thunderbird is my favorite. I also like Tigers blood. This is a cool place to check out. If you're not sure about a flavor, they have 5ml bottles that will last you about two tank full. That's what we do to find our favorite flavor.

Spoke with the manager and explained the problem, best he could offer was a discount on my next purchase. Not impressed! If I paid cash and didn't have any proof I'd understand. I told him I don't want my money back, just would like to exchange it...Keep your receipt obviously bc they don't have much understanding!
