took (4) 89 mile trips back and fourth to finally get 2 batteries rebuilt . . . Each trip i was told "youre good" weve never erred. . But alas they had and did err . . finally got 2 to work . . . Riobert Ortegon of Brownwood
I like being able to choose a rebuilt battery or new battery depending on use and not being asked twice or pushed to buy a new one. Customer service is excellent every time I go in. I have been using interstate since they opened the store. Only complaint is rarely they don't have certain rebuilt battery I have needed but rarely. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Went in with a battery that worked, but needed to be replaced as it wasn't holding a charge very well. The two guys working were nice at first, but after me buying a new battery and them putting it in, my car had no power, no lights, wouldn't start, and they proceeded to tell me that my car was at fault, even though it was working before I brought it in. They brought their manager in, and he said "Our batteries are fine. Your car is draining it too fast with something" and he proceeded to blame my amp wire, which was disconnected. After they tried a different new battery it started up just fine, and all the manager said was "there you go" and had me leave. Very rude.
