Customer service here is terrible, went in to pre order phone, was told I would get $100 in store credit, after my purchase was complete, was told I owed $85 for accessories that they picked out. I asked about the $100 credit, was told that they wouldn't give it to me. When I told them I was going to get accessories else where, they started arguing with me, stating that I had to get those accessories because they already rung them up...
I got an IPhone 7 and 7+ at this store. Shortly after that I deployed. My wife's phone broke while I was gone so I sent back here to get some help. They refused to even look at the phone and wouldn't even let her use the wifi to face time with me on our IPad ( not cell capable). I will never go back to this store. When I called to see what was going on they were stand off-ish, and unhelpful. They do not take care of customers.
Great customer service! Associate Steven was very kind and helpful. I got everything I wanted and a bit more which I didn't mind.
Friendly staff. Not enouph of them. Been helpful on occasion. Good selection of phones and accessories
