Now sprint says I owe the $200 for the phone.
The assistant store manager misinterpreted their promotion when she signed me up and then strung me along saying they were fixing it when they never did.
Long story short all they care about is commission and will lie to your face to get it. They are not the same phone company I signed with so long ago. After 12 years with sprint I will be canceling my contract.
Pretty good service honestly. Yeah it's busy but the people are nice:)
Although I have not dealt with the entire staff, the one person i did speak with on the phone completely ruined this store's image!
I got fed up and switched companies.
They told me it takes 2 weeks to fix.
I live 60 miles from the nearest sprint store. I called this location around 6:00pm, asked to make an appointment and explained the situation.
I had to go into the store once a month and wait 1-2 hours to make them reverse the $9 charge.
1.5 months later I called back, they said it would be 3 months to fix...
When I signed up in January they told me the phone was free with an in store promotion.
They refused to do it over the phone.
The service through sprint in Abilene is bad. BAD. No matter where you are..once you run out of high speed data it literally becomes unusable. Even though my phone constantly says "LTE" at the top, I don't think It's even LTE. I only have Sprint because we are still paying on Note 5's...once we pay them off we are leaving Sprint. I don't even know how the employees are supposed to sell it without lying honestly...there is just no way to make a sale after saying "Sprint sucks in Abilene". Plus it's pricey...we have two note 5's and 3 gb of data each and are paying $130. Sounds fair.....if you actually get service. Driving between Abilene and pretty much anywhere means lost signals and GPS constantly disconnecting. The employees have always been pretty nice to me though. They can't "lie" if you just know your facts before going in to the store (which you can find out what you need to know on their website...don't be lazy then get mad that a rep working off commission tries to sell you on what they need to live! DO your research!). Just get us better service here, and I won't have issues with the price or service.
I had been attempting to upgrade my device for two days online and through a customer service rep online. Due to a glitch in sprint's system, i was unable to. The very kind customer service rep informed me i could upgrade in store and they would make notation that the $30 upgrade fee would be waived as they do online and via phone.
When I tried to get the manager to escalate the issue he said he would.
To make this already long story much shorter, Isaiah repeatedly laughed at my situation in a mocking manner, told me my story made no sense, it would not be possible to waive the fee, he would not schedule me that day as his in town customers are more important and even if they did schedule me for an appointment i would be there "until 10 or 11" and their store closes at 8. The entire conversation, Mr Isaiah continuously belittled me, made me feel like i had no clue what i was talking about, and showed no interest in helping me reach a resolution. I called the new sprint store in town and Dakota was extremely kind and courteous. Once i arrived at the second store, i was issued an upgrade phone, and everything was done just as customer service advised me to do.
The phone was not free.
Dismal customer service.
