I just love how every time that I call the store I never seem to be able to get any assistance! They're phone message states "Thank you for calling Sam's Club, we appreciate your business and look forward to assisting you." I think that's a very false statement because whenever I do call with a question either no one answers, or the employees are rude and rush you!! Terrible customer service... But they're the only Sam's Club in town so what does it matter right? They'll never go out of business! Absolute trash...

We love the place... Good prices, but you get used to buying something and it disappears.
Rated 4 because consistency is needed. Needed bulk popping oil for popcorn, unavailable, and only one choice! Wanted ActII, and only had space for the sam's choice, then it was not available. Just seems like can find something one time and not the next.

Employees need more knowledge on new members registration and discounts to use at the registers and cafe needs to at least pre cook wiennnes during lunch rush and have condiments out for the hot dogs
Great prices on bulk items. Slightly limited as far as variety. For example they may only carry original flavor Cheerios as compared to the plethora of flavors that Wal-Mart may offer. Bring bags as they are not provided considering most items are very large and would fall through your average plastic bag. Great for families and lots of fresh meats and cheeses. Free samples are always a plus. Only real downside is the lack of variety of similar items.
