Truly an honest dealer. Told me everything that was wrong with my used car and proceeded to fix those things before I put a penny down. On the day I was picking up the car found something else and had me bring the car back in to his business to be repaired. I highly recommend this used car dealership!
Just got off of phone with Robert Little at Key City Motors. I have been in constant communication with Robert since 02/17 about a truck he had in stock. After we had agreed on a price and I had the loan all set up and was ready to drive from Austin to Abilene to purchase the truck. We talked multiple times today 02/19 about what my plan was and he agreed, we would be there Saturday 02/20 to purchase the truck. He called me today at 5:40pm and asked what my plan was. I told him I would be there in he morning with money in hand. He told me about a customer that was there and interested in the truck but that he would honor his offer to me. He said he wouldn't sale it out from under me because thats not how he does business. I hung up the phone assured and ecstatic. I received a call not 4mins later, it was Robert Little. He called to tell me he had sold the truck out from under me and that all he has to say is Sorry... Sorry my ass Robert Little.. I can't believe you lead me on all the way to the point of having the loan approved and money in hand, then sold it the night before we had agreed to purchase it. That is no way to do business and I cannot consider you a man of your word.. Buyers beware, only thing that Robert Little at Key City Motors in Abilene hears is Dollar bills.. Have it immediately when he wants it or shop else where.
