As soon as I pulled into the Quick Lane, someone came out to greet me. Then the "young" man seemed very knowledgeable about vehicles but not so much that he didn't listen to what I had to say. They got my oil change done in a reasonable amount of time.I'll take it. I felt taken care of. The guys at the end talked with me about what I might consider getting serviced in the future with mileage in mind. They did not try to force anything on me. As a "woman" I felt like I was treated equally to a "man" that usually handles that kind of stuff.
Good buying experience, I was happy with the results. Jeff Cunningham went out of his way to help me with finding the perfect truck. I would purchase another vehicle from Arrow Ford. Thank you Jeff!
Adam helped us from the moment we walked in, asking questions, offering suggestions, and showing us automobiles that he thought might meet our expectations and price requirements. Once a decision was made, he took us to their finance manager who worked with us to find the best financing available. I just bought my first car!! Daniel S. was my sales rep and he did everything he could to get the car that I wanted. The finance manager was awesome as well, got my payments about where I needed them. They weren’t pushy and were very patient with me. Thank you everyone at arrow ford. The service department at Arrow Ford CANNOT be beat! Kathy Sutton runs a tight ship. I had trouble with my battery. They tested it twice. It looked good per the 2 different machines they used. When I called the next day because my car wouldn't start, Kathy had them pick up my car. They fixed it and I was able to pick it up the same day - which was Friday and you know how busy Fridays are. I am treated like a queen and I appreciate that SO much. I very highly recommend Arrow Ford's Service Department.
