After weeks of trying to get into an appt, I thought she would be amazing. Well, she messed my color up so bad that I called her to fix it....she said she didn't have time. (only 30 minutes to put a rinse on). So I paid another person to fix it. She told me she would testify in small claims court on my behalf because Kim had messed my hair up so bad!!!!!!
